How It Works:
For young athletes looking to elevate their skills, stay active, and train with professional guidance, The Lab’s Online Training Program is an invaluable resource.
Daily Workouts and Drills: Each day, participants receive new workouts, drills, and exercises tailored to improve strength, agility, and sport-specific skills. All workouts are designed to require minimal equipment so that you can train effectively at home or wherever you are.
Exclusive Video Tutorials: Detailed instructional videos accompany each workout, breaking down techniques, form tips, and exercise modifications. Athletes can follow along at their own pace, receiving professional guidance as if they were in the gym.
Monthly In-Person Session: As a program perk, participants are invited to join a once-a-month, exclusive in-person session with Coach Vic at The Lab. These sessions, offered one Saturday or Sunday per month, provide an opportunity to work directly with a coach, apply skills in person, and receive personalized feedback.
Progress Tracking through Wodify: Participants can track their progress, set goals, and see results using our Wodify platform. With daily updates, goal tracking, and performance metrics, athletes can stay motivated and monitor their improvement over time.
