The Blueprint Training Program – School Year Version


Designed for athletes aiming to achieve consistent, long-term progress, the Blueprint Training Program during the school year focuses on balanced development. Athletes will train twice a week, following a structured workout plan that enhances strength, agility, and overall athletic performance. In addition to physical training, each athlete receives a personalized meal plan to optimize nutrition and fuel their growth. This program is carefully designed to help students excel both in academics and athletics, maintaining peak condition throughout the school year.


The Blueprint Training Program – Summer Version


The summer version of the Blueprint Training Program is all about accelerating results. With three training sessions per week, athletes will benefit from an intensive workout schedule that promotes rapid improvements in fitness and skills. Each athlete is paired with a custom meal plan that supports recovery and maximizes performance gains. This focused, high-intensity program is ideal for preparing athletes for the upcoming season with enhanced strength, agility, and confidence.
